As you may know, UCP is often called a “one stop shop” for adults who experience developmental disabilities because we operate an adult support services brokerage, adult employment services, adult inclusive recreation, and adult independent living services.
Now, UCP is excited to announce that we are expanding our supports to include in-home services for children who experience developmental disabilities and are funded through the K Plan.
To get our new Children's Services off the ground, UCP is hiring a Children's Supports Manager.
The Children’s Services Manager will be reponsible for evaluating and monitoring service needs, analyzing administrative rules and developing compliant policies, marketing the new service, managing contracts, hiring and managing direct support employees, liaising with families, and providing quality assurance.
